FAQ

Installation Questions, Answered

Most whole-house systems and softeners are installed in a single visit, and under-sink RO systems are usually quicker. Exact timing depends on your home's plumbing and the system you choose — we'll give you a clear estimate after your free water test.

Just clear access to your main water line and the install area — basement, utility closet, or under the sink. We'll let you know if anything else is needed for your specific setup.

A correctly sized system shouldn't cause a noticeable drop in pressure. That's one of the things we factor into our recommendation, and we verify it with pressure testing once everything is installed.
